Only around 12 sponsor forms were handed out on Saturday for the proposed sponsored soccer skills day on Midgely Park on Saturday April 7.

These forms are only being given out to those who ask for them

Asking for a form is your way of indicating your intention to take part in the soccer skills day.

A free lunch will be provided in the Clean Sweep lounge for those who have taken a sponsor form and taken part in the soccer skills sponsored day.

In each of the last 2 seasons figures in excess of £2 000 have been raised in Junior Blues sponsored events.
