The FAI generously provided a 49 seater Ulsterbus to take a large group of Junior Blues members and adult supervisors to Dublin for the recent away Setanta Cup tie against Shelbourne.

Shelbourne provided free tickets for the group.

A great trip was enjoyed by all and the Junior Blues would like to place on record their sincere appreciation for this superb gesture on the part of the FAI and Shelbourne.

Andy Conn will be writing to the FAI thanking them for all their help in this matter.

Andy will also be thanking Shelbourne for the tickets and for the superb hospitality shown to the 2 Junior Blues mascots, both of whom received chips, a tour, programmes, scarves and medals as souvenirs of their visit.

The Junior Blues would like to thank the Linfield Superstore for the 2 pennants which were given to the Shelbourne mascots in a gesture of friendship.
