Volunteers who have expressed an interest in helping out with the new Clean Sweep lounge are asked to attend a meeting in the lounge at 2pm on Saturday 14 October, before the home game with Armagh City.

Items to be discussed will be a volunteer's rota system, arrangements for young people to play pool and whether or not the lounge or the pool table will remain open while matches are in progress.

Forms will be available for police child protection checks and it would be helpful if volunteers would bring along their national insurance number.

Volunteers who have expressed a willingess to get involved include Jim McMinn, Jim Griffin, Eleonar Moore, Heather Martin, Geoff and Pamela Stewart, Sam McClurg, Michael Wright, David Wilson, Geoff Martin and Alan Smyth.

Their support is much appreciated.

Other persons wanting to help out are asked to contact Andy Conn as soon as possible. Could volunteers also let Andy know if they will be able to attend Saturday's meeting.
