The Players Fund are arranging for around 44 portraits of Linfield players past and present to be hung on the walls in the Bass and Presidents Lounges in Windsor Park.

Each of the portraits is to be sponsored by a club or individual and this sponsorship is to be acknowledged on the portrait.

At last week's Junior Blues meeting it was agreed that the Junior Blues would sponsor one of these portraits.

The cost is £130 and Jim McMinn from the Players Fund is to provide a list of the 20 or so players who have already been booked so that a short list of other players can be drawn up, from which the Junior Blues can vote on whose portrait they would like to sponsor.
